Vitrified Fort at Carradale Point
If you climb to the summit of Carradale Point you will come upon the remains of an oval-shaped and heavily vitrified fort. This is considered to be a wonderful example of the type of 60 such vitrified forts in Scotland that were constructed more than 2000 years ago.
