Tarbert and Skipness

White Shore walk and bird hide

If you take a short walk to the White Shores (also known as Port Ban) which skirts the northern side of Tarbert harbour you will find lovely views back over the boats and then reaches the small, secluded pebble beach. The path at times can be boggy but there is a new walkway now over this section. Sections of the path can be muddy so if you are going there after wet weather wellies can avoid wet feet!
Close by there is a picnic table and a bird watchers hide.
